Jamie Cogburn
Jamie Cogburn's areas of practice include business litigation, real estate, contract litigation, and personal injury.
Prior to co-founding Cogburn Law Offices, Jamie Cogburn clerked for the Honorable Ron Parraguirre and then worked at Marquis & Aurbach - considered one of the premier law firms in the state of Nevada.
Jamie Cogburn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada and graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is an active member of the Nevada Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
In his spare time, Jamie Cogburn enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with his family and friends.

Kristin Cogburn
Kristin Cogburn's areas of practice include personal injury, corporate litigation, and general civil litigation.
Prior to co-founding Cogburn Law Offices, Kristin Cogburn worked as an associate attorney for two prominent law firms: Campbell & Williams, and Harrison Kemp and Jones. She gained extensive litigation experience, obtaining several important jury verdicts and arbitration awards. At these firms, Kristin Cogburn concentrated on catastrophic personal injury, mass tort litigation, defamation, and corporate and civil litigation.
In 1997, Kristin Cogburn graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University (after only two and one half years) where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Boyd School of Law in 2002.
Kristin Cogburn was admitted to both the Nevada State Bar and United States District Court, District of Nevada in 2002. Currently, she represents clients in both state and federal courts.
A member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association, Kristin Cogburn has extensive public speaking experience. She represented the State of Nevada in several national speech competitions for the National Forensics League. Ms. Cogburn also traveled throughout the Southwest competing in speech contests where she obtained multiple championship titles.
In her spare time, Kristin Cogburn enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
